You haven't heard from me for quite a while... the reason is simple. I've been too busy selling Vuvuzelas.
I own vuvuzela.com and sell vuvuzelas for a South African manufacturer using only Adwords as my source of traffic (of course I get some SEO traffic as well).
Starting about 4 months ago demand for Vuvuzelas skyrocketed worldwide.
During the 4 weeks leading up to the world cup and throughout the world cup 4 weeks we exported vuvuzelas to almost 30 different countries worldwide in addition to making local sales.
Things have quietened down significantly now the World Cup is over but international interest remains high.
I have sold more than 200,000 vuvuzelas using my Google Adwords skills alone. The cost of my Adwords campaign pales into insignificance compared to my profit. This campaign has just reinforced what I've learned over the years... there is NO other mechanism to generate profitable sales at a known cost to a worldwide (or local) audience than Google Adwords.
On Monday and Tuesday 2 and 3 August. at the Sandton Convention Centre the very first "Internet Show" will be held. The 2 day exhibition is sponsored by Google amongst others. I will be exhibiting there and promoting my Adwords workshop and products.
